Below is a list of items that we need from you that will help us assess & price your project promptly;

• Your contact details including your phone number, email address, physical & postal address & the names of the people or entity (identify trustees if a trust) we would be working for.
• LIM Report if available.
  
• A copy of your Certificate of Title, title diagram and any interests shown on it particularly Consent Notices & associated engineers reports (important).
  
• A written description of what you are after & why, your expectations, likes & dislikes, how you like to live etc.
• Rough sketches, marked up plans & photos of buildings & styles you like if it is a building design project.
• Your property file. Coromandel property files are publicly available on the Council website, however BOP property files require ordering from Council. Alternatively, your Solicitor may have a copy on file.
• Comment regarding any council & builder contact you have had to date.
